You have an idea.
A product, an app or a new way of serving customers that you can describe but can't yet build. We turn it into a plan with costs, then a first version you can put in front of people.
AI systems for business
Maybe you have an idea you haven't built. Maybe you have a process that eats a team's week. Tell us where you want to get to, and we'll show you what AI systems can do to get you there.

A product, an app or a new way of serving customers that you can describe but can't yet build. We turn it into a plan with costs, then a first version you can put in front of people.
Invoices keyed in by hand. Orders copied between systems. Reports nobody trusts. We take one process, automate it end to end, and prove it works before you commit to more.
Your website, store, accounts and marketing each hold part of the picture. We join them into one system, so you can see what's working and act on it.
Routine work runs itself. Reading, coding, matching, drafting and updating happen in the background.
A person approves what matters. Anything that spends money or posts to your books waits for a human check.
Everything leaves a record. Every action is logged, so you can see what was done and why.
Decisions rest on real numbers. Ad spend is judged on sales that stuck, and cash on where it's heading.
Brain Guru is a working platform, not a set of services. At its centre is the Brain: it holds your business data, your rules and a record of everything that happens. Modules plug into it, and each one runs a part of the business.
We are not an agency. We build the system, and it does the work.
Finance, catalogue, stock, marketing and customer service are separate modules. You start with one and add more.
Each module works in the background, around the clock, and reports what it did.
Your team signs in with their own logins, sees every action, and approves anything that spends money or posts to your books.
The Brain is the same for everyone. The modules are configured to your systems, your data and your rules.
Every system here runs in a working business today.
Supplier invoices read from email, coded and posted to the accounts after a human check.
Stock and product data kept in step across systems; supplier catalogues imported in a structured form.
Conversions tracked from the server and adjusted for refunds, so budget follows real sales.
An assistant that answers from your own products and policies, and a self-serve returns flow.
The Leonard Silver website and Shopify store, with the systems it runs on.
Style Guru, an AI stylist that styles and sizes every shopper, and FitCore, an AI size finder and virtual try-on. Both are on the Shopify App Store.
OVLY, a property operations platform, and Okupi, which takes a shop idea from validation to retail space.
We map the process or the idea and tell you what we'd build first, and what it should return.
We build that one thing and show it working with your data.
We keep it running, secure and up to date, and extend it when you're ready.
You own what we build: the code, the content and the accounts.
Brain Guru is led by Chris Sykes, an engineer by training who has spent his working life owning businesses while the ground moved under them.
The first time was music: a record shop, a label and a production company, through the years when downloads and streaming rewrote the trade. The second was retail: taking Leonard Silver, a heritage tailoring business established in 1946, online and building the systems it runs on.
Those systems were built for his own businesses first, and they still run there. We sell what we already use.
Chris leads a studio where AI agents do much of the building and the day-to-day running: writing code, testing it, drafting copy and watching the systems once they're live. A person reviews every step and approves anything that ships, spends money or touches your books. You get the pace of a larger team and one person accountable for the result.
