How working with us works

Questions

Straight answers

Who is this for?: Independent shops first, and owner-run service firms too, where the owner still does the admin. We join up your site, store, books and marketing into one system, so the repetitive work runs itself, you get your evenings back and, if you advertise, you can see which spend actually makes money.
Is it just you?: Chris leads every project, with AI agents doing much of the building and running. A person checks each step and approves anything that ships, spends money or posts to your books.
What does it cost?: It depends on what you need. The Business Check is free. For a project we quote in writing after a call: you pay half to start and half on completion. After launch, an optional monthly maintenance plan covers minor changes, updates, backups and keeping your integrations healthy.
How long does a build take?: Your plan gives a week range for each phase before you commit to anything.
Do I need Shopify?: No. We build on Shopify for most online shops, and we also build websites, custom apps and integrations for services businesses.
Who owns what you build?: You do. The code, the content and the accounts are set up in your name.
What happens to my data?: We use it to run your check and your project, nothing else. We don't sell it, the AI providers we use don't train on it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Can you work with my existing tools?: Usually. We connect to Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta and QuickBooks, and we'll tell you on the call if something can't be done.
